Screw Machine Department

We built our business on our Citizen “L” series CNC screw machines. These machines have a 2 axis configuration and are considered a “work horse” in the industry. They offer quick set ups (20 minutes are common) and reliable, cost effective production capabilities.

We have a variety of Citizen CNC screw machines with 3 to 9 axis configurations. These cutting edge machines allow turning, milling and back turning operations to be completed on the same machine, dropping the part with no secondary handling necessary.

We also have several Tornos CNC Deco 2000 screw machines. These machines have a 10 axis configuration and up to four tools can machine simultaneously. They are very competitive for complicated parts and larger production runs.
