Lathe Department

Our lathe department is equipped with a variety of machines from quick, cost effective 2 axis “Chuckers”, to flexible and powerful 5 axis configurations allowing milling and back turning capabilities. They may be loaded individually to help maintain close tolerances and critical finishes or with auto-barloaders for high volume production runs. The Wasino is configured with a robotic loader for 24 hour, “lights out” production. All of our machines are extremely accurate and very efficient with blank capacity up to 10” in diameter.
